Pasta Machine Hand: With Pasta Machine Hand Can Take It Easy
Pasta bought from a restaurant or just a supermarket is very firm and delicious. It tastes very good but there’s just something about home-made pastas that really gets me. Eating pasta that I created myself gives me that rewarding feeling, a feeling of a job well done. Unfortunately though for someone like me who’s new to pasta-making, creating pasta from scratch without the aid of any machines is hard and tedious. Thus the importance of a pasta machine is evident. With a pasta machine hand need not work too much because most of the hard work is done by the machine.
To start off, in creating pasta, we should have the necessary ingredients to make the pasta dough and fortunately, they’re easy to find like eggs, need lots of eggs, some good quality flour and herbs. Combine all the ingredients until the dough takes a dull shine and we’re ready to start making pastas. Roll the pasta dough into a ball and cover it with a little amount of flour to prevent it from sticking to the machine. Put the roller on the widest setting to initially roll the dough into sheets. Roll it for 3 to 4 times before switching the setting to the next narrowest setting. For each narrower setting, do it for 4 to 5 times to make the pasta dough firmer and smoother. When the desired thickness and firmness has been achieved, we now put on the pasta cutter. There are many kinds of pasta cutter that you can purchase depending on the kind of pasta machine you have. Remember, before you cut your pasta dough, you should have a pot full of water with salt boiling already because the pasta tends to stick together after being cut. Gently feed the pasta machine with the sheet of pasta and when you’re done, sprinkle some flour on the cut pasta before putting it in the boiling water. In 5 minutes, you’re going to have delicious and firm pasta.
Making home-made pasta is that simple, with some practice and an equal amount of patience you too can make one yourself. Let a pasta machine hand it to you to make beautiful pasta every time.
